Food-Grade Beer Hose
Food-grade beer hoses are an important part of any brewery as they ensure the safe and hygienic transfer of beer from one container to another.
ZYB Craft uses food-grade hoses imported from the United States or Germany, which can meet FDA or PED certification requirements, the working pressure can reach 10 bar, and it is resistant to high temperatures and has no leakage. The hose can be equipped with food-grade clamps or German standard round thread joints and is designed to be matched with the tank truck to ensure safe, hygienic, and pollution-free transportation, and is easy and flexible to operate, thereby meeting the operating preferences of different winemakers.
Stainless Steel Manifold
Stainless steel manifolds, also known as distribution manifolds, are a critical component in a brewery’s beer distribution system. It is responsible for distributing and directing the flow of beer from a single source (such as a fermentation tank or bright tank) to multiple destinations (such as kegs, bottles, or other storage containers).
The stainless steel manifold is made of double-layer food-grade 304 stainless steel plates and is supported by a square rigid frame. The connecting elbow is easy to disassemble and assemble, and the seal is firm. Stainless steel manifolds are designed and produced according to different requirements of customers.
